• Agency policy and procedure manuals and related materials you share with us to build or customize your agency's PCL.
• Billing and payment information necessary to process subscription payments (processed via a secure PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor such as Stripe or others; PCLBuilder does not store full payment card numbers).
• Communications you send us, including support requests, beta feedback, and general correspondence.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically. When you use our website or platform, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type (user_agent), device information, and usage data (e.g., pages viewed, features used) through raw server logs, Google Analytics and similar platforms including, where used, cookies or similar technologies.

1.3 We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information about members of the public through the Services; PCL content is built from agency-supplied policy materials, not individual cases or citizen records.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the PCL and PolicePCL Services, including building and customizing agency-specific content.

Agency policy and procedure manuals shared with us for PCL development are used solely to build and support that agency's PCL and are not shared with other agencies or third parties outside our need-to-know team and printing/platform vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain personal information and agency materials for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain the applicable PCL or subscription, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Agencies may request deletion of their materials as described in Section 6, subject to reasonable retention needs (e.g., backups, legal compliance).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
